What actually happens in a Boardroom session?+
Each month we meet for a 90 minute workshop and accountability session focused on one high impact business topic. You will learn a clear strategy that you can apply immediately, and then spend time mapping how to implement it in your own business. The goal is not just learning, it is real progress.
Who is Boardroom for?+
Boardroom is designed for business owners who want to grow but do not want to figure everything out alone. It suits people who enjoy practical learning, want strategies they can implement straight away, and value having accountability to follow through. Being surrounded by other business owners who are also moving forward is part of what makes the experience powerful.
What if I miss a session or go on holiday?+
No problem at all. Your membership stays active and you will still receive the value. The workshop will be available online so you can watch it in your own time, and you will still have ongoing support and connection throughout the month. Boardroom is designed to support you consistently, even when life gets busy.
Is this networking?+
Not in the traditional sense. Boardroom is primarily a structured workshop and coaching environment focused on learning, implementation and accountability so you can grow your business. However, you will be in the room and in the same cohort as other local, motivated business owners, so naturally strong and valuable connections tend to form over time. The relationships that come from being in the room are a really powerful part of the experience.
Will I get support between sessions?+
Yes. Support between sessions is a big part of the value. Members have access to the private Boardroom community where you can ask questions, share wins, get feedback and stay accountable throughout the month. You are not just showing up once a month, you are supported the whole time.

What kind of topics will we cover?+
Each month focuses on one powerful growth topic that you can implement straight away. Topics may include promotional planning, referrals and retention, sales processes, standing out online, building simple systems and creating content that actually converts. The focus is always practical strategies that move your business forward.
